Regulatory Compliance
OTT Financial complies with the following legislation and regulatory requirements:
- Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA)

We maintain all required registrations, reporting practices, and internal controls as part of our MSB obligations.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF)
We have established a robust AML/ATF compliance program that includes:

- Record-keeping and reporting to FINTRAC

Know Your Client (KYC)

We may request additional documentation to confirm a client’s identity, occupation, or the source of funds as required by law.
